Several forms of psychotherapy (also known as “talk therapy”) are able to assist patients in coping with depression and anxiety, along with other mood and/or behavioral disorders. Our therapists’ clinical approach to behavioral disorders is both analytical and conceptual. Examples of the varied clinical-based approaches include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy (IPT), and problem-solving therapy. Our clinic’s scope of practice goes to include a wide variety of modules that include family counseling, marriage counseling, victims of abuse and trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), rehabilitation, identity crisis and more. Our providers prioritize trust and confidentiality between them and their patients above all else.
