Brief info

I grew up with the dream of becoming a nurse. Currently with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC), I have the experience and education necessary to take good care of my patients. I love caring for patients and desire to use my skills to make a difference in their lives. While working as a bedside nurse, I was a 3-time nominee of the Daisy Award. As a progressive and education-oriented person, my goal is to get a doctorate in nursing. To improve my competencies, Thus, I can provide even more exceptional care for my patients. I participate in nursing committees, seminars and career training and development that will enhance the NP role within health care systems. As a nurse practitioner, my duty involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating mental health patients. Which include medication management. As an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN, BC), I am well equipped to provide comprehensive care for my patients.

As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP), I have unique strengths and skills that can be especially beneficial when caring for patients with mental health issues. Besides, as a PMHNP, I have the training and experience to provide comprehensive care for patients with psychiatric disorders. Moreover, I am excited to grow my psychiatric-mental health nursing practice with a new opportunity. This background makes me particularly well suited to care for patients with mental health issues. I understand the importance of coordinating care with other professionals, such as physicians and psychologists, to ensure that all patient needs are met.

I previously had eight years as a bedside nurse with oncology and med surge Telemetry. I am passionate about addressing patient needs uniquely, which makes me ideally suited to care for patients with mental health issues. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and biking, reading, or watching movies outdoors when I am not caring for patients or learning new skills. I know that my patients will always receive the best possible care.
